All plans use Stripe Connect. Stripe processing fees are passed through to your restaurant at cost — we never mark these up. Standard Stripe UK rates apply: ~1.5% + 20p on domestic UK cards, ~2.5% + 20p on EEA cards, ~3.25% + 20p on international cards.
Platform commission is calculated on the pre-discount subtotal — when you run a promo code, the discount comes out of your cut, not ours. This matches how Uber Eats and Deliveroo handle restaurant-funded promotions.

Chefsline doesn’t operate a courier fleet. When a customer orders delivery from your venue, we dispatch the job to Uber Direct — Uber’s on-demand courier network, available across Switzerland and the United Kingdom (90%+ population coverage). You see the live ETA and tracking in your order screen; your customer sees it in theirs.
How the contract works
